SentinelOne to Acquire Cybersecurity Consulting Firm Krebs Stamos Group

Cybersecurity company SentinelOne is acquiring advisory firm Krebs Stamos Group and forming a new entity called PinnacleOne Strategic Advisory Group. Krebs Stamos Group, founded by Christopher Krebs and Alex Stamos, offered cybersecurity consulting services to major corporations. Krebs will serve as chief intelligence and public policy officer at SentinelOne, while Stamos will be the chief trust officer. The new venture, PinnacleOne, aims to provide executives with intelligence, insights, and risk management strategies to navigate the modern business landscape. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
