Harmonic Lands $7M Funding to Secure Generative AI Deployments

British startup Harmonic Security has raised $7 million in seed funding to develop technology that secures generative AI deployments in the enterprise. The company aims to address the lack of regulation in AI apps that harvest company data by offering risk assessments to identify compliance, security, and privacy issues. Harmonic joins a growing field of AI-focused cybersecurity startups, including CalypsoAI and HiddenLayer, that are working to secure AI deployments. The funding round was led by Ten Eleven Ventures, with participation from Storm Ventures and other security leaders.
