Customer authentication and authorization company FusionAuth has secured a $65 million investment from Updata Partners, its first external funding. FusionAuth offers a customer identity platform that enables developers to incorporate registration, login, and user management features into their software. The platform supports single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, passwordless logins, and passkeys, along with security controls and advanced threat detection. FusionAuth has over 13 million downloads, 450 paying customers worldwide, and plans to use the investment to expand product development and go-to-market efforts.
